Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Standard Cancellation

    • Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund of advance.

    • Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund of advance.

    • Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.

  2. No-Show Policy

    • If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled date, no refund will be provided.

  3. Early Departure

    • No refunds for unused nights in case of early checkout.

  4. Refund Timeline

    • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days via the same mode of payment.
